Seychelles · Inner granitic islands
Eleven villas on a private granite island run as a conservation project — famously where the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge honeymooned.

The property
North Island is a rehabilitation story as much as a resort. The island was farmed for coconut and overrun with invasive species; the Noah's Ark project has been restoring native habitat and reintroducing endemic species — Seychelles white-eye, giant tortoises, hawksbill turtles — for decades. There are eleven villas, each enormous, built from hand-crafted timber and glass, and the guest count is small enough that you can go a day without seeing anyone. It is the definition of price on request.
Where you sleep
Eleven villas, all beachfront, each with private pool and buggy. Which one is right depends on the month and who is travelling — that is the first thing we will ask.
