Welcome to IslandCalling, a specialized luxury travel desk operated by TripClub Private Limited ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website, consulting with our specialists, or booking an itinerary through our platform, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

2. Booking and Reservations

All itineraries, resort stays, and logistical arrangements proposed by IslandCalling are subject to availability at the time of formal confirmation. A quotation does not guarantee holding of inventory. Bookings are only considered confirmed upon receipt of the stipulated deposit and the issuance of a formal booking confirmation from our Concierge Desk.

3. Payment Terms

Payment schedules vary based on the specific resort, destination, and proximity to the travel date. Standard terms require a non-refundable deposit to secure the reservation, with the remaining balance due 45-60 days prior to departure. All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless explicitly stated otherwise.

4. Pricing and Currency Fluctuations

Given the international nature of our portfolio (Maldives, Seychelles, Bora Bora, etc.), package prices are subject to change based on severe currency fluctuations, changes in local government taxes, or aviation fuel surcharges, up until the point of final payment.

5. Liability and Force Majeure

TripClub Private Limited acts solely as an agent between the client and the respective service providers (airlines, resorts, transfer operators). We are not liable for any injury, loss, delay, or damage arising from the actions of these third-party providers, nor for disruptions caused by Force Majeure events (e.g., extreme weather, geopolitical instability, or global health directives).
