A 3,500-acre private island with twenty-five residences, an eighteen-hole championship course, and a farm that supplies almost everything served.
Private island, no expense spared
The property
Laucala is a private island in the fullest sense — owned outright, with its own airstrip, golf course, working farm and a village for the staff who live there. Twenty-five residences sit across 3,500 acres, so the density is close to nothing. The farm is not decorative: the island grows the great majority of what the kitchens use. It is consistently placed at the very top of global private-island rankings, and the price reflects that.
Where you sleep
Twenty-five residences, each with private pool; several categories including overwater and hilltop. Which one is right depends on the month and who is travelling — that is the first thing we will ask.
