Turtle Island runs on an unusual model: fourteen couples, all-inclusive including drinks and activities, and a dozen private beaches so that couples are dropped off with a picnic and collected later. The 1980 Blue Lagoon was filmed here, and the owner spent decades reforesting the island and funding medical and education programmes in the surrounding Yasawa villages. Dining is communal or private, as you prefer.
