A private-pool villa, one of the Indian Ocean's best kids' clubs, an Ernie Els golf course and a private island beach club — with enough space that the adults still get a holiday.
Family travel fails when the accommodation is a hotel room. Anahita is villa-only, so everyone gets a pool and a garden, and the estate is large enough that the kids' club, the golf and the beach club never collide. The private island beach club on Ile aux Cerfs is the day out that makes the trip.
