Overwater cottages under limestone cliffs
Apulit sits away from the El Nido crowds in Taytay Bay, an hour or so south, and the cove it occupies is enclosed by limestone walls that keep the water glassy. All the cottages are over the water on stilts. The island has caves you can enter by kayak at the right tide, and the reef immediately below the cottages is in good condition. It is the quietest of the El Nido Resorts group.
