Two islands — Play and Chill
Niyama divides itself into 'Play' and 'Chill' islands joined by a bridge, and the split is real rather than marketing — the noise, the kids' club and the water sports live on one, the quiet villas on the other. Subsix is the oddity: an underwater venue reached by boat that works as a restaurant by day and a club by night. There is also a treetop restaurant and a genuinely good surf break.
