Belle Mare's beach is broad and white, and LUX* uses it well — the pool is one of the largest in Mauritius and the beach frontage is generous. Kelly Hoppen's redesign gave the interiors a calm, contemporary feel that suits younger families. The LUX* signatures are here: the red phone box for free international calls, Café LUX* roasting its own coffee, and an ice cream parlour. Golf at Belle Mare and Anahita is close.
